Having worked at every level of a recruiting firm, Shannon brings unparalleled expertise and insight to the table. This depth of experience has enabled MTC to grow and diversify, successfully supporting a wide range of industries in meeting their talent needs. She began as a Technical Recruiter, mastering the art of identifying and attracting top-tier talent. Transitioning into a Client Solutions Executive role, allowed her to broaden her skill set by building strong client relationships and delivering customized solutions. As a Business Development Manager, she drove growth through strategic partnerships and long-term collaborations, a foundation she built upon during her tenure as a Division Director, where she led teams and spearheaded key initiatives. Returning to business development, Shannon continued to excel in fostering client trust and driving revenue.
Her entrepreneurial spirit came to life when she founded her firm, serving as Principal Recruiter, where she specialized in matching exceptional talent with the right opportunities. Melissa is a dynamic leader with a wealth of experience in recruitment and talent strategy, spanning from hands-on sourcing to executive-level management. She began her career as a Recruitment Specialist, where she built a solid foundation in identifying and connecting with top talent. Progressing to roles as a Recruiter and later a Technical Recruiter, Melissa refined her expertise in sourcing and placing highly skilled professionals in technical fields.
As a Division Director, Melissa showcased her exceptional leadership by managing teams and driving strategic initiatives that achieved impactful results. In her role as Director of Technical Recruiting, she combined her technical insight with managerial expertise to develop high-performing recruitment strategies. Now, as the Co-founder of MTC, Melissa brings her entrepreneurial vision and extensive industry experience to the forefront, delivering innovative talent solutions for clients across a wide range of industries.
